We're not chargeable for any claim or losses ensuing from the Transaction executed as a result of an unauthorised Instruction Unless of course you may have notified us in accordance with this clause and it is actually verified by our inside investigation that you choose to, or simply a Permitted Person, haven't authorised the Instruction in any way
